The Zeus Pressure MEMS test handler solution is the product of over a decade of delivering reliable, high-performance systems to the world’s leading device manufacturers.
Instead of using ambient air to pressurize a chamber surrounding a tri-temp device, the Zeus Pressure MEMS solution uses an innovative method to efficiently reach pressure at the device.
Zeus’s Direct Pressure method reduces the cavity volume required and results in reaching the most accurate pressure levels extraordinarily fast using the customer’s controller of choice.
