The BSE-9800 Series Tri-Temp Pick-and-Place (PnP) Handler is optimized for the ultra-competitive OSAT environment. It can be configured for compatibility with many industry-standard device kits or with industry-leading features for users seeking the highest possible efficiency.

The BSE-9800 Series features internal chillers to provide individual temperature control to up to 32 devices in parallel, across the entire automotive temperature range. The built-in thermal engine is powerful enough to dissipate heat from today’s advanced ICs during test, featuring Active Thermal Control (ATC) for devices up to 1,550 watts. The system can also support ATC techniques, such as junction temperature (Tj) feedback and power following.

Several unique options exist for the BSE-9800 Series: Six automated output bins, automated and fixed tube I/O, and up to 32 pick heads on the input and output gantry.

All systems are prequalified using an in-house 2x2mm device before being configured with your device kit of choice, up to 110x110mm. Advanced options such as Class Zero ESD, SECS/GEM and test-site vision are also available.
