Ambient and Ambient-Hot Series Pick-and-Place (PnP) Handlers from Boston Semi Equipment (BSE) help you achieve high value at a low test cost. The BSE-6000 Series has all the essentials for IC test handling. Its small footprint is scalable to eight test sites at ambient or ambient-hot temperatures and includes modern PnP handler features throughout the product flow.

The BSE-8000 Series and BSE-9000 Series support higher parallelism, up to 32 test sites, with best-in-class features like an optional automated tube loader and unloader to replace JEDEC trays. The BSE-9000 Series also includes I/O gantry heads with 16 and 32 picker options to maximize efficiency in test time and high-parallelism test applications. A top-end 27,000 units per hour more than justifies the cost of the latest technology.

Systems are fully compatible with our Active Thermal Control unit, which can dissipate heat from a wide range of mid- and high-power ICs.
