(Tokyo, Japan), a member of the Shinsei Bank Group, today announced the commencement of operating leasing activity in the Japanese semiconductor market. The partnership has placed approximately $5 million worth of equipment under lease for image sensor applications at a major test house in the Kyusyu area.
