BSE’s regional logistics centers maintain a vast inventory of critical test cell parts that have undergone and passed our comprehensive test and inspection process. To minimize the disruption times associated with replacing faulty parts, BSE customers can login to eMV our fully automated online service portal to order, return and exchange parts or request system support.
BSE conducts a full suite of diagnostics on all spare and replacement parts to ensure they conform and function to the specifications published by the OEM. Parts covered by BSE service contracts can be delivered or shipped upon request, without waiting for faulty parts to be shipped, repaired and returned.
