Boston Semi Equipment (BSE) product support agreements include the repair of parts critical to maintaining reliability and up-time in your test cell operations. Our global centers of excellence in Thailand and Philippines minimize the delays and disruptions typically associated with the repair or replacement of faulty electronic boards and other test cell components.
BSE service contracts can enable the replacement of faulty parts without customers having to ship and wait for circuit boards to be repaired. Our engineering team has extensive experience with all aspects of repairing parts. Each repaired unit in our inventory of replacement parts is tested to a full suite of diagnostics to ensure that it conforms and functions to the specifications published by the OEM and is warrantied to ensure full customer satisfaction.

BSE conducts a full suite of diagnostics on all spare and replacement parts to ensure they conform and function to the specifications published by the OEM.
